1891 Census

Age seven, living at 29 Wilburn Street, Salford with his father John, a general labourer, mother Margaret, brother John age two, and sisters Margaret, fourteen, Mary Ellen, twelve, Alice, four. Surname recorded as Mahaney.

1901 Census

Age 17 living at 22 Ordsall Lane, Salford with father John, a joiner’s labourer, mother Margaret, brother John and sisters Margaret, Mary Ellen, Alice and Winifred, 8. He is employed as a railway porter.

1911 Census

Francis was absent. His wife, Annie May Mulraney age 23, was living with her mother Annie Lizzie Toon on Bingham Road, Radcliffe. Also living there are Annie May’s two children, Dulcie May Mulraney age 2 and Grace Toon Mulraney age 10 months.
