Married Ellen Parrott in 1894. She died in 1902. Possible daughter Emily. Second marriage to Charlotte Crampton in 1903; they had six children Emily born 1901, Percy born 1904, Eva born 1907, Nellie born 1910, Hilda born 9th October 1912 and Elsie born 1914.
Died 2 August 1951, age 77, address 13 Woodside Road. Buried in Radcliffe on Trent cemetery, A138 together with Charlotte and memorial to first wife Ellen.
